Notes
Well, I never got a lunch break today since I was on the phone with ICVerify support. Completely missed my window for running. Since I got off the phone at 2:30 and hadn't had lunch, I decided to leave work at 4:00. Came home, ran for 90 minutes instead of an hour, got to make dinner a little earlier than I otherwise might have. (Portabello mushroom stir fry-yummy.)
My left calf ached early in the run (miles 2-4ish), and in the late miles my right calf was a little achy. Nothing to be concerned about yet, but something worth watching.
