I felt pretty decent, but I didn't have the oomph of last week. Probably because I swam at lunch time or ate the rice and pasta and started later and didn't have as long of a warm up. There could be a lot of reasons actually. Still, over all, it was a good workout. I managed to keep the times down despite people running speed in the wrong direction in lane one, other people stretching around a blind turn in lane 1, and random people walking or standing in lane 1, or one guy that stood just inside lane 1 that I had to be careful not to lean into the entire time. I chatted with the coach there for a few minutes, and there were a couple of women doing their own speed work.
