Notes

Pretty good run to stretch out the legs. Ran teh first 1.6 miles with Erin at pace slower than warmup pace, then did 5x400m(ish) into a headwind w/1/3 mile recovery (last recovery short, last interval w/tailwind) before heading home. Nice quick workout. Very humid, very hot, lots of junk in the air and I forgot my sunglasses.
