Beautiful day for a Fat Ass! Went down to Bradley Palmer State Park in Massachusetts to run with GAC. Huge crowd, even as early as 8:30, I was surprised. The trails were perfectly clear, although one frozen ground section turned into a mud pit in the second loop and beyond. Unfortunately, near the end of the 3rd loop my achilles felt a little tight, and since I'd rather be able to run next week than finish today (and a friend getting done about 10 minutes later that could get me home a few hours early) I decided to play it safe. Disappointing, but at this point I'd rather not risk anything.
