Did day 2 of week 4 of the A1 program in 7 weeks to 100 pushups program. Swelling in the foot is mostly gone, and I was able to use a normal pushup stance without any pain. Still can't put pressure on the front pad of my foot but definitely improving faster than I'd have expected earlier in the week. 91 pushups total w/a final set of 32.
