Left the gymboss timer in the kitchen and was too lazy to unlock the door, and didn't want to go back to 1 mile 1 minute run walk, so I decided to just run the entire route. Gives me some heart rate and pace data to compare, at least. I ran the 5.5 a couple minutes faster than my last few runs, and eyeballing the numbers without confirming my heart rate stayed a bit higher on average.
