Notes

Ran on the indoor track and met Mike, a 3-L at the law school. He was doing 200 meter repeats so I jumped behind him and chased him down throughout to run about 30 seconds for each 200 that we did. I was going to run a pair of quarters afterwards, but I tweaked my left calf in the last turn of the first one and decided to call it a night. I cooled down for a little w/Mike and then went outside for a couple of miles.

I didn't get my heart rate as high as I had hoped. I've had it as high as 184 and I only got to 177 tonight. That doesn't make sense, but I was doing short stuff. Good workout either way, even if I was a little bloated after my warm up and felt nauseous by the end of the workout (I was running inside after all.)

Unlike last year on the indoor track, this run was before dinner. At least the nets were all up so I could see around the corners.
