Notes

The hack squat/deadlift superset really got my heart rate elevated. After the first set of juggling/crunch/pushup I got to talking to Mary for 7 or 8 minutes, so coming back to it was pretty easy in the second set (other than somebody nabbed my swiss ball that I was using in the mean time).
