Small crowd today, with a new guy. Ethan, Andy and Mike showed up, along with a 14:40 guy named Stan. It was a little bit of an effort but I only did 4 and a half miles with the guys. I was pretty dizzy and had a mini-migraine as I went. I was fine by the time that I got back though. I had trouble getting my vest unzipped and was a bit overly warm on the run.
