Ran over to Pya street with the folks I coach for the weekly "hill" workout. I felt pretty good, although my quads were a bit tight from Sunday's race and my lack of running this week. I did a few repeats and then hung out at the bottom keeping track of who was still running so I'd know when everybody was done. Broke out some old screw shoes for the run; definitely not used to the built up shoes anymore and will need to put some screws into one of my newer pairs of shoes instead. I ran out of screws though and had to order some more.
