Notes
Picked up the pace a little on this run, wanted to go around 7:00/mile but was more around 7:15-7:30 most of 'em. Due to some plumbing work that I was doing, I didn't get out on the road 'til pretty late in the morning. As in, there wasn't any left. So I ran in the sun. It wasn't too bad, though, the wind kept me cool and in the shade it wasn't uncomfortably hot at all.
Saw a kid trying to ride his bike up a hill w/training wheels while his dad helped push him.
