I had trouble settling into a pace on this workout. The first mile at pace wasn't too bad, but once I got settled in I just kept wavering and couldn't seem to get right at the 5:55 to 6:05 sort of pace that I really wanted. In the 5th and 6th miles I really started to groove though and was pretty close to on target the entire time. I considered a 7th mile but decided it wasn't in my best interest. Plus I was hungry.
