Saw a Dirigo runner who looked like she was about 16 and figured she'd be beating me handily, so decided to pace off her a bit at the start. I went out too fast and she dropped me within a mile. Managed to run fairly evenly after that, though, and had enough people around me to keep me honest. Maybe on a cooler day that would have gotten me below 19 minutes? I think I was about 19:12 or so tonight.
