Ran around the Back Cove with (mostly) the group I coach as we did a run "with" Jeff Galloway before his clinic. Of course, we went in opposite directions so we didn't actually run with him, but oh well. Nice and easy run, good clinic afterwards, as well as learning that he reads my website and likes what I have to say. I must be doing something right...
