Notes
Ran easy to the hardware store and back - I brought back the #8 box of screws and replaced it with a #6 box of screws. Nothing exciting. I was originally going to bring the screws home and then go out for another 5 or 6 miles, but I decided that I was hungry and not motivated to run further. My knee is sore, but running didn't make it any worse or any better so I'm not worried about it.
