Woke up to rain, wind, and really warm temperatures today. I decided to run 3 laps of the local neighborhoods so I could stop back at the house and use the bathroom during the run a few times. The loops were mostly the same, although I varied them slightly from trip to trip to see how it would effect the distance. Towards the end, I was ready to be finished.
It stayed warm throughout the entire run, although it rained off and on. I did the stop and walk to eat gummy bears every 20 or 30 minutes bit, which worked out pretty well although given that it was so warm I didn't have convenient pockets to carry them in. I also took a couple of gel packets each time I stopped at the house and used hornet juice before and in the middle of the run (very watered down). No water except every hour or so when I stopped at the house.
