My foot actually hurt today, but nowhere near where any pain has been up to this point (top of hte foot on the first metatarsal.) Weird. I assume I was sitting strange or something at work and that it'll be fine tomorrow. Started hurting pretty early while leading tonights workout.
Had a good chat with Herb after everybody had left while we waited for Linda to finish her last repeat (she didn't come 'til late.) He's just had his 80th birthday and is still out there doing hill repeats with us. Not too bad for a reformed 3-pack-a-day smoker; I'm impressed.
