Notes
I felt pretty good tonight. I had a few miles at tempo pace, but everything was basically "run as I felt" and I felt pretty good. The inside of my right hip felt a little funny early on, but it stretched out. Probably from all of the hiking that I did this weekend. There were some kids on bikes with shaved heads that tried to be funny. They failed. The girls in the tree that shouted at me were pretty humorous though.
