It was busy at the gym this morning. I wound up mixing up the workout so that I wouldn't have to wait long. I sweat a lot, especially the last 2/3 of the workout. The crunches on the floor burned a bit more than I'm used to lately; I must be used to the swiss ball these days. 31:52 total time.
