1 More Mile day #19 is now done! I felt pretty good before starting, and didn't bother carrying any water or food since I had a few hours of conference calls this morning and got to eat a good meal and snacks before heading out. By the end, though, I could tell that in the previous five days, I had had 2 long days of travel, spent almost 11 hours running over 81 miles (including a half marathon at a fast enough effort to win my age group and place 17th overall) and had spent those nights in a soft, thick-pillowed and wifeless bed (none of which I'm used to.) Good run though, and plan on spending some quality time with the stick and my foam roller this evening...
