Notes
It was a pretty good workout today. I mostly swam non-stop, and did not even have to adjust the goggles. I got to use the lane markers to count, but did the 5 lap sets anyway. 5:44, 6:02, 6:03, 6:21 and 6:14.
I tried to get onto the indoor track in the evening, but there was a meet so I didn't get a second workout in.
