Very easy run to test the ankle - watched as the folks I coach ran hill repeats and just did a very gentle warmup and cool down with them. Ankle wasn't 100% but held up all right. It hurt more when I got home and we'd gotten a wood delivery and I had to carry it all through the back yard to the basement.
