Good run along my lunch loop - lots of traffic, but finally found a way around the most dangerous intersection. Found some good loops to add in (w/hills!) It was quite warm until I got to the last mile and a half when I had a strong headwind that was absolutely freezing. Lots of cars & trucks and having to run through the puddles there didn't help any.
