Ran hill repeats with the group I coach at Maine Running Company. My knee felt okay for the first 4 miles before it started to feel a little tight. I think I ran 5 hills but wasn't paying a lot of attention, mostly just running with whoever had broken ahead of or behind the pack. I'll take tomorrow easy, mark the course for the Fat Ass on Saturday, and hopefully do all 3 of the 8 mile loops on Sunday. It started to snow pretty heavily on my way home.
