Back Cove race, but I was running late so I started a full minute behind everybody else (19:03 official time) I was 4th.
I basically treated it as a tempo; I was moving around 6 minute pace by the time I got to the start, turned around and immiediately started the "race", and then did a halfway decent pace on the cool down with Floyd and Chris.
