The skiiers had set a track where I broke trail the other day, and it didn't seem like many folks hit the trails snowshowing, so it was a knee deep slog through the woods to stay off the ski tracks. I cut the run short and came back by way of the roads instead and shoveled my driveway. (Of course, post-shower you can't even tell I had been out there with a shovel...) Maybe next year I'll get some running snowshoes for days like today.
