Notes
Today was a good run. I did a 10.5 mile loop, stopped at the house to take a gel & water, use the john, and refill my bag of gummi bears. Before and after that I was stopping every 30 minutes or so to walk for a piece and eat some gummi bears. It seems to have worked well for me.
I got home from the run feeling good and with some ideas about a video I wanted to make. Then I decided to spend 15 or 20 minutes getting warm and having a snack and getting props together before going back outside to record the video. Of course, it was still 15 degrees and windy out, so I froze my ass off while recording...managed to get everything I wanted in, though, other than a bit about carrying water. Oh well, it's too cold to go back outside right now.
Erin made me some yummy french toast for lunch out of the sweet bread I baked last night. It was good.
