Day 1 of week 7 of 7 weeks to 100 pushups. Did 156 pushups in 5 sets with a final set of 56 pushups, which is around where my max had been when I was actually in shape a few years ago. I'm going to take next week off from pushups and then start on the advanced 2 program the week after, which will start me back at pretty low volume.
