Paced Brett through all 6 hill repeats tonight. He was a bit more tired than last week and was out of breath after most of them. The last few I had him walk as part of his recovery as he tends to go too fast on the jog and wasn't getting a full recovery. I let him pace the 3rd one to a 1:19 and on the 5th one he pulled up a bit early and would have had a 76 or 77 if he hadn't (I don't think he realized where I was stopping the watch.) I was usually about 2-3 seconds ahead of him to finish.
Afterwards we did a Yoga for Runners clinic which seemed pretty popular. Hopefully the video I shot came out okay.
