Good run at Twin Brook tonight. For a change we did not jump through the river, so I stayed relatively clean for once. Fleshed out how I am going to help Ian come race morning, and we discussed the relative merits of different types of running shoes. No garmin today, but Jeff told me how far we went after the fact. Mori came out to run with us as well, and only got distracted and ran off to the side every 10 or 15 minutes. What a good puppy.
