Notes

I did 5x250m repeats with one minute of rest. I averaged under 60 seconds per lap. 28:51 for the total workout, 4:58, 4:59, 4:56, 4:58, 4:58. On my rest intervals, my upper torso and head were really hot, and the water felt very cool when I would start the next set. It felt good.
