Ran with the Trail Monsters for about a quarter mile, then Four and I fell back. Good time running with Four, we went out on the connector a short way to Tryon Mountain and then turned around. Erin wasn't done running yet so I did a loop through Knight Woods to the snowmobile trail. No achilles issues, although picking up the pace to try to find Erin led to a coughing fit that wasn't much fun.
