Nice night out tonight for running. It was a bit chilly for standing around and it looked quite dreary, but was a great temperature for running. Took the MRC group I coach to the Back Cove soccer fields for 600m repeats. I ran 3 of them with the guys, pushing Sean to around 2:10 and then running the last one with Kevin since everybody else had left and he wanted a 4th one. I managed to push him to around 2:22, which was 10-12 seconds faster than he did the first 3.
