Today's workout got the sweat moving, but all in all was mostly easy. I took my shoes off for everything except the pushups and crunches. It stretched my arch out pretty well. Going downstairs for the pushups/crunches, my legs could feel the work. By the time I was done, though, the stairs were fine.
