I spent the entire day in a CPR/First Aid Class. So I have the certifications out of the way at least, but it ate up the entire day.
Came home, went out for a 4 and a half miler. Wore the Nikes with the Thorlos. Not a comfortable combination - just a bit too tight. I didn't feel bad or great, so I figured I'd cut the run short to 3 miles. Got over 20 minutes, good enough.
