I was really sore for the first few laps, and then only slightly sore the rest of the time. I felt much better afterwards than I did before I got in the pool. My left knee bothered me a little when I pushed off from the wall a few times, but not too bad. I was exhausted by the end of the work day, though, and could probably fall asleep now if I wanted to (7:15 pm). My 5 lap sets were in 5:27, 5:58, 5:47, 6:07, 6:13.
