first 4 laps good then my friend who I do runs with sometimes arrived and the companion made my HR go up by 2-3 beats which for me at my current (non existent) fitness is the difference between continuous running and run/walk, duh!!

avg pace for those first 4 (3.2 km or 2 miles) was 13:45... that was nice.
