Notes

2 very steep hills in this route and none of the downhill runs got scheduled on those steep parts (by very steep I mean over 12% steepness...)

too bad :P

great run though

...and I got 162 walking up too fast on a 15% hill. I'm used to not having to limit my walking pace however steep a hill is but it seems this one was too much for my body to cope with it under MAF, had to slow down but it took a while before I looked at the HRM and realized it (maybe 20 secs).
