HR zone: 160-164, the max 176 for 1 sec due to a specific issue that happened (not important).
I don't really want to log more stuff earlier, would take too long to type in, but here's a quick sumup for my running history:
started end of september
october around 10 MPW or less, pace 9-11m/mile typical AHR's of 185 or 190+
november around 12 MPW, pace 10-13m/mile, AHR's usually 170-175-180
december around 12-15 MPW, pace 10-13 m/mile, AHR 165-180
january around 22 MPW, pace 11-13 m/mile, AHR 163
february around 28 MPW, pace 11-12 m/mile, AHR 158-163
my MAF is 180-27 = 153.
MHR: 204+
RHR: 58-60 or less
AT: around 195
current 5K PR: unknown (around 25mins, and my last fastest 5K run was 29mins AHR around 178, was at a very easy effort)
current 10K "PR" (wasn't an all-out effort, AHR was only around 182) 01.25.2010, 58:43
and I dunno why the VO2 thing says 24, I have no idea about my VO2max.
