happy because I was able to do real continuous running uphill (!) all the time after I found a maintainable pace - it was actually the slowest I could do.
interesting: once I forgot to pay attention for a long time and when I looked at HRM it showed 144. I got usually 149-151 before that. weird, I know pace couldn't have gone even slower (and I think elevation wasn't really changing at that point).
"RHR" was a big higher than the super low values I had in the last few days, but not higher than avg.
