great run, loved it.
I finished both the sunday run and this one feeling unsatisfied by which I mean my legs were wanting more. haven't had this experience much before with MAF runs, definitely improvement here, woo!
161 was only for a couple of seconds because my HRM was lagging behind a bit when running up a steep hill (strap needs washing out!). I got the 160-161 about 15 secs after I stopped seeing 153-155.
