god, how much I f*ked this one up! I believe insufficient warmup caused leg trouble. I hope.... anyway that's why I prematurely had to stop running even though the "crazy fast" pace felt good enough to continue! it felt like I could do a 5K within this pace.

other than that I can only say... MAF doesn't make me slower... :P but maybe due to LHR, I didn't give my legs a chance to get used to much faster paces.

by the way I did the first 200m within 6:40m/m pace, it was fun and didn't feel like all-out :) though maybe my HRM would have disagreed with me later so I slowed down to 7:30 and held that until leg trouble started...

afterwards, I did ~1k cooldown slow running 139 AHR (around 140 all the time) and around 14m/m pace. it really (pleasantly) surprised me I was able to run at such a low HR after that tempo
