Notes

good run on a new(ish) loop. Got up at 5:30. I am finally getting good sleep again, and it feels amazing. Running is so much easier. My calves were a little tight, but they loosened up early. I felt like I was kinda running on empty after like 45 minutes, but thats just because I didnt get a chance to eat alot. All in all, this was a pretty good run.
