Going back far to log after the holiday weekend.
It was definitely raining for this, I think like 70 but kinda humid. Plan was 15 minutes at 6:40 to 6:50 and then 15 minutes at 6:20 to 6:30. I was aiming to run about 6:35s and then 6:20s but both ended up being right around 6:27ish. First one felt pretty smooth and I was able to recover pretty well, but the second 15 minutes was a little rough. Kept a decent pace for 2 miles and then slow down just a touch the last .3. I would have liked to finish it out a little faster. Overall a good workout though. Just need to keep cracking away at it and getting that tempo back down around 6:00.
