Notes
Pretty disappointed in this run. Knee was feeling better at work, but it didn't translate into feel good during the run. I can say it felt a little better running but not much. On the bright side I wasn't hobbling up/down the stairs after this run so I am seeing improvement. Really frustrated overall. Wasting some nice weather.
