went out with Matt, Mark, Bailey and Becky. at the beginning we all stayed together, i think we ran a 8:48 first mile, then an 8:04. Bailey kind fell back a little bit when we surged a little, so becky ran back with her. mark matt and I ran an 8:08 third mile. then 7:40 and then a 7:14. probably around .65 to go we started surging and ran the last .72 in 4:33, a 6:19 pace. if we finished the mile it probably would have been faster than 6:19 because i think we finished going like 5:10 pace
