Broken tempo courtesy of Tyson. Goal was 6 x 3:00 w/30 rest.
Had kind of a long warm up because I added on searching for a bathroom and ended up like running thru a bunch of mud over to a different construction site lol. Start doing the workout right as I hit 3 miles and I'd say it went pretty well. Some reps had a little more wind than others but the effort felt good. Realized after 4 I was gonna way over shoot my distance unless I started heading back for 5 and 6. Still was over by a half mile but its not too bad. Feels good to get a workout done this morning.
