Drove to Colorado on Thursdays, boarded at Keystone Fri/Sat, and spent Sunday driving back. Three days off from running feels nice. I've actually noticed my left knee is feeling quite a bit better in general. Excited to get back to the grind and finish off the year strong for 2k miles.
