easily one of the top ten worst races ever run by Ben Black. This was just pathetic. Before track season I was doing 7 or 8 mile easy runs at 6:35s and 11 mile long runs at 6:24. Hell even this year ive done 4 mile "tempos" at 6:23. I just raced awful awful awful. This was a big wake up, I need to reevaluate some things. This was embarrassing.
