1st session of the month down.

Squats w/ 60lbs

Medicine Ball Slams

SL Squats w/15lb kettlebell (very optimistic this one is going to help my knee)

Dumbell press

Glute Bridges w/ 65 ish lbs

Bent over rows.

Could probably up the weight a bit on the squats, not as sore as I thought I would be on Wednesday morning. Will have to run this afternoon, James is not feeling well and nobody got any restful sleep last night.
